The guarantee certificates opposite may be found in the brochure 'What you need to know about wearing your foot orthoses' supplied with each pair of devices. They describe, in brief, the two main guarantees offered by RX Laboratories on their orthotic devices.

The Lifetime Guarantee protects the orthotic shells against breakage and the posts against avulsion for life.

The Adjustment for Fit Guarantee allows the devices to be returned for minor adjustments free of charge for a period of 4 months after manufacture.

The Guardian Protection Programme™ is a unique 'insurance' policy that protects orthotic devices against almost every unfortunate eventuality: loss, theft, prescription changes, and outgrown devices for children under 16 years of age.
