| A complete refurbishment of your orthotic devices to the original prescription. |
| Any adjustment to your orthotic devices that your Podiatrist feels is required for the management of your condition. NB. This does not cover a complete change in the device or the addition of components the were not prescribed in the first instance. |
| Any replacement due to irreparable damage to your orthotic devices. NB. New casts must be taken by your Podiatrist if your orthoses are over 4 months old.* |
| Replacement of lost or stolen orthotic devices as follows: |
| 1st claim during cover period - FREE. |
| 2nd claim during cover period - 50% |
| NB. New casts must be taken by your
Podiatrist if your orthoses are over 4
months old.* |
| One replacement per cover period for devices outgrown by a child patient up to the age of 16 years. |
| NB. Your Podiatrist must send new casts.* |
| (*please note that this protection programme does not cover your Podiatrist’s fees.) |
